From the brand Morelli Pasta, we have been creating gourmet Italian pasta in Tuscany since 1860. We are a fifth-generation family business, and for over 150 years, we have slowly dried and bronze-die cut our pasta using traditional recipes.
Our products are truly wholesome, with a wonderfully rich flavor and full consistency. We reincorporate the wheat germ into the semolina of some of our pasta to give it a unique taste and aroma. We specialize in classical regional pasta, as well as more innovative flavored pasta, using only the finest Tuscan or Italian wheat to ensure the highest quality.
Our artisanal processes involve slow mixing, and the use of bronze dies to cut the pasta, giving it a perfect consistency. The drying process is also done slowly and at a low temperature, for at least 36 hours.
We produce a vast range of specialty pasta, free of both preservatives and coloring agents. The result is truly wholesome pasta, with a wonderfully rich flavor and full consistency.
Morelli Pasta is imported from Italy and is a family-run company, with the 5th generation currently preserving the traditions our ancestors put into place.
Our pasta is versatile and healthy, with a wonderful wheat flavor and an authentic Italian taste. They are expertly crafted, with both classic and innovative artisanal pastas available.
